    1. Placing Your Order

    Memorabilia goods available for purchase will be updated on this website on a regular basis. 

       a) Website Orders

    1. In order to purchase goods:1. Select the quantity of goods required and “add to basket”
    2. Once you have added all of your items to the basket select “proceed to checkout”.
    3. Customers then need to check their order which will also include postage charges for the product.
    4. Please ensure you are aware of our Terms and Conditions before completing your order.On the order form you will be required to complete your name and address and if your delivery address is different to the main address please also complete your delivery address.

    You will then be asked to confirm you have read our terms and conditions and complete your marketing preferences.  You will then need to add your card details and after this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us which will confirm that your order is being processed and when your purchase will be delivered in due course.

    Once you have completed your order, you will have entered into a binding contract to purchase those goods.  Only after the goods are dispatched to you will we have entered into a binding contract to supply those goods and this will continue until the last day of your right to cancel period.

       b) Telephone Orders

    During normal office hours telephone orders can also be made by calling us on 02920 002200 (if calling from overseas 0044 2920 002200).  Normal office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

    1. Delivery and Shipping

    UK standard delivery is free on all orders over £75 or otherwise a standard rate of £4.95 for all items. 

    If you place an order for delivery overseas, we will contact you in order to provide a quotation for delivery, and customs and duty charges. 

    We will e mail you in order to advise you of the expected delivery date.  We aim to get your order delivered within 6-8 weeks.  

    We do not offer express or bespoke delivery arrangements, and cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times. We will however endeavour to ensure we select the most appropriate carrier for your goods and you can contact us to get an update on your order or delivery status.

    1. Payments

    The credit cards we accept for making order payments are Visa and Mastercard.  We will carry out any necessary security checks before the payment is processed.  If for any reason we cannot accept your offer to purchase goods from us we will refund any funds received from you.

    We endeavour to ensure that your personal and card details are safe throughout our order process.

    1. Returns and Refunds

    All products may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they are in original condition.   A full refund or exchange will be processed within 30 working days of approval.

    If you wish to return any goods please contact our customer services desk during normal office hours on 02920 002200 (if calling from overseas 0044 2920 002200).  Normal office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
    We will then provide guidance on how we will require you to return the goods and how we will process the refund.   Please note we will only reimburse postage charges for return of faulty goods

    1. Your Profile

    When you place an order with us we will create a profile for you and retain a record of your personal information and order history.   

    This information will be used to send you order confirmations, order updates, delivery information and depending on your preferences updates regarding memorabilia products as soon as they become available.

    If for any reason you wish to update your personal profile information.  You also have the right to remove your profile.

       a) Gift Vouchers

     

    Gift vouchers are not currently sold on or redeemable at the Welsh Rugby Union Official Memorabilia Store.

       b) Promotions and Discounts

    The Welsh Rugby Union Official Memorabilia Store currently does not operate any promotions or discount schemes and products are sold as advertised on the website.
